A relatively new addition to the Princeton food scene, Eddie V’s is a plush, yet cozy place to have some of the finer meals the city has to offer. We found the staff to be very attentive and super nice. The bar room is inviting with skilled musicians playing an eclectic array of Jazz and vocals. This is definitely a place to celebrate those special occasion with that special person. $$$

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Eddie V’s Prime Seafood! I made a reservation and noted that it was my birthday, and from the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly celebrated. They greeted me with a glass of champagne and seated me at a beautifully decorated table complete with confetti and a birthday card, even though I was dining solo. The service was warm and attentive without being overbearing, and the food was exceptional. The lobster tacos were out of this world, definitely a must-try. To top it all off, they surprised me with a complimentary dessert that was just as delicious as everything else. I left feeling appreciated, full, and genuinely happy. 10 out of 10 recommend this restaurant for any special occasion or just to treat yourself. Eddie V’s knows how to make you feel special!

Whew, what an experience! I stopped by Eddie V’s for happy hour yesterday and didn’t leave until 8PM! They did not disappoint! This place is such vibe! Dan was a phenomenal bartender and the young men who brought the food out were so kind. The live music was also a lovely touch! The women’s bathroom were spotless! I thoroughly enjoyed my first time here, I will absolutely be back!

My husband and I came to Eddie V’s in Princeton for my birthday dinner, and it was absolutely amazing. The food was incredible - filet mignon was so well prepared, and the ahi tuna had insane flavor. What really made the night unforgettable was our server, Allison. She went absolutely above & beyond to make the night special for me, paying attention to small details with care & kindness (even gifting me a rose at the end of the night). You can truly tell she loves what she does. It’s so rare to get that type of service. Thank you, Allison, for turning a great meal into a memorable experience!

We went to Eddie's V in Princeton to celebrate our wedding anniversary and gender reveal. As soon as we walked we were in awe of the sophisticated atmosphere. David was our server and he did a phenomenal job! He was very attentive and detailed focused. One of our best dining experiences to date. The food was also delicious. We will be returning soon.

Had a great dinner at Eddie V’s in Princeton. The vibe and atmosphere were on point, stylish, upscale, but still comfortable. The space is beautifully designed and made for a really enjoyable night out. We kicked things off with The Big Eddie (their seafood tower), and it was definitely one of the highlights. Everything was super fresh, oysters, lobster, shrimp, even caviar. If you’re into seafood, don’t skip it. For mains, we tried the scallops, ahi tuna, 22 oz bone-in ribeye, and the Chilean sea bass. The sea bass stood out, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We also got the crab fried rice on the side, and honestly, it was amazing. Loaded with crab and super tasty, worth getting for sure. Siobhan was wonderful, always attentive and making sure our wine glass is always full. :). Her recommendations were on point. We will definitely request her next time we are back. Great food, great service, and overall just a solid dining experience. Will definitely be back.
